Liantronics is Located in Baoan District, Shenzhen, Liantronics’ production base covers an area of 15,000 square meters. Liantronics owns the only full-automation fast assembly line in the industry globally, thereby turning itself to a LED display manufacturer who boasted the largest production scale and the highest extent of full automation in the industry. At present, the monthly production capacity of the indoor/outdoor LED display amounts to 5,000 square meters.
In April 2008, Liantronics held the foundation-laying & ribbon-cutting ceremony for its industrial park in Huizhou City, which has a floor area of nearly 80,000 square meters and a designed capacity of 1,000 square meters per day. After the industrial park is completed at the end of 2010, Liantronics will rank the first globally by the production capacity of LED displays. |

| Liantronics has the first-class automated production lines, including several SMT automatic assembly lines, automatic tube inserting machines, DIP automatic welding lines, automatic filling glue machines, CNC automatic punch press and ending machines, High-temperature aging oven, reflow soldering machine, wave soldering machine, automatic packaging lines, automatic-aging production lines and so on. |

| Liantronics always takes the customer’s requirements and products quality as the first concern, strictly follows up the standard of ISO90001 Quality Control Systems and ISO14000 Environmental Management Systems. Combined with twelve years manufacture and quality control experience, Liantronics has set up a perfect quality control system from product design, production, installation, to after sales service; meanwhile, Liantronics has set up a seires of perfect systems, which include product comment, incoming inspection of raw materials, outcoming inspection of products, product tracing and service system. Thus controls the malfunction dot rate is lower than 5/1000000 every year. |
