November 25, "the Third China Construction Quality Forum and the quality of China State Construction Engineering Luban Award Conference" opened in Shenzhen Wuzhou Guest House. This forum is organized by The People's Republic of China Ministry of Housing and urban-rural co-hosted with the Shenzhen Municipal People's Government, the theme of quality • livelihood • Development.
