    After the renamed, the Company's legal representative, shareholders equity, business address, branches, offices, telephones, management team  ,as same as the former ,will not do any change, even without any legal dispute. All Kinds of contracts and obligations which were Signed by the original company name will continue to perform by the renamed company.

    Approved by Shenzhen Municipal Market Supervision Authority (the former Shenzhen City Industrial and Commercial Bureau), the original "LCJH Shenzhen Optoelectronics Co., Ltd." changed its name to " Shenzhen Liantronics Co., Ltd." since September 29, 2009, and has been applied for a renamed business license. The Chinese trademark is "联建光电"; English trademark is "Liantronics". The original company logo “ ”will change to “ ”.The original company's Chinese website names“www.lcjh.com”, and e-mail suffix “mail.lcjh.com” will not  change.  English website name will continue use www.liantronics.com. Overseas sales center enterprise e-mail suffix is “mail. liantronics.com”. It will not change.
