- Our pixel calibration system is applied in following two occasions:
----Spot-by-spot brightness & chroma correction for single cabinet. That means every cabinet must be calibrated on the production line, thus ensure that each cabinet can reach a high uniformity before delivery. ----On-site spot-by-spot brightness & chroma correction for a whole led screen. That means a on-site calibration on a suitable viewing place, ensuring that the screen reach a high uniformity at the viewing place.
- Support rapid single image analysis, which enables the software to measure 40,000 LED on each record chart of the screen
- With automatic centering, it can find the center of each LED screen automatically, even when the module or panel is irregular
- Have flexible definition of geometric function, which is adapted to any amount of and any arrangement of LED
- Edge effect control can get rid of lines forming between the panels
- Tilt module control can get rid of the tilt angle of a tile module
- Statistical analysis tools can record and display the central tendency, diversion and gradient statistics of brightness & chroma.
- Data chart tools can show the uniformity of brightness and the distribution of chroma.
- User designated pass/fail criteria corresponds to each LED’s brightness and chroma
- All data recorded, It stores all before/after and pass/fail records, consisting of the correction factors of each pixel, the test date, operator, serial numbers and testing conditions of each module and panel.
- Calibration accuracy: brightness ±3% after calibration, chroma ±.003Cx,Cy after calibration
