Pre-sale services

  • Technical Advisory: Providing 24-hour technical advisory via telephone, MSN, Skype, email etc.
  • Technical Reception: Arranging the customer to visit headquarter and manufacturing base of our company and presenting our products.
  • Solution recommendations: pre-sales technical supporting, gathering customer needs, providing proper technical advice and comprehensive technical solution.
  • The following terms apply only to domestic market:
  • Onsite inspection: Providing professional on-site technical inspection services.
  • Tender Services: Providing technical tender documents, preparation and printing business documents.
  • Technique response for tender: on-site explanation for the technical issue of the tender.

In-sale services

  • Manufacturing arrangement: After signing the contract, immediately put into production.
  • Material selection of Contract: The selection of material and spare parts implemented in full accordance with the contract.
  • Quality control: The manufacturing process being strictly controlled according to the standard of ISO9001 quality management system, and comprehensive inspection before delivery.
  • Customer Monitoring: Inviting customers to inspect the manufacturing process, supervising the production and assembly; always keeping in touch with customers and regular reporting production status.
  • Free training: Providing free training services about products operation and basic engineering maintenance.
  • The following terms apply only to domestic market:
  • Project Deployment: Assigning project manager to review the installation environment and planning the detailed construction schedule prior to installation of the project.
  • Construction: Organizing the construction process in strict accordance with the design drawings and the construction programs.
  • Project Quality Control: Strictly implementing construction quality and safety management system.

After-sale services

  • Engineering consulting: Technical advisory for LED displays operation and maintenance permanently free.
  • Software upgrade: LED display control software upgrade permanently free.
  • Warranty:
    • For Li Liang series: Warranty 5 years with the annual fee: free for the first year; 1% of total hardware cost for the second year; 2% of total hardware cost for the third year and the fourth year; 3% of total hardware cost for the fifth year.
    • For other series: Warranty 5 years with the annual fee: free for the first year, only the cost fee for the other years.
  • The following terms apply only to domestic market:
  • Fault response: Responding in 2 hours after receiving the device failed report from the client, and maintenance personnel arriving at the scene in 24 hours.
  • Returning customers: Regularly visiting customers to survey the status of the devices.
