After the acquisition of Display Technology, Liantronics have 60% of shares.

Display technology international limited, established a research center of products of outdoor media technology application in China in 2002. A manufacture base was built up in Dongguan, Guangdong , China in 2003.At the beginning of 2004 the global marketing center was set up in Shenzhen (Guangdong China).
